7 Steps to Increase Your Google Page Rank
Google Page Rank is based on backward linkages. Back links are links pointing to your site from another site web. The more links you have the higher your PR will be.
1. Join forums, forums are a great way to get your website links. In most the forums that are allowed to have a signature in your signature that you can put a link to your website. But another important point to note is make sure the forum is something related to your website. You will still get credit if it is but if it's related to your site who will perform two tasks at once.

If you associate with someone who has a Page Rank of zero, will not harm your Page Rank. It did increase because it has found a link to your website. Google is not in its page rank back links to determine what is yours will be. Sounds fair to me again how many links it has.
So if Google one day decided to link to a website which has been created and this site has a page rank of 0 and has an area that is something like this: mywebsite.geocities.com page rank is not expected to increase, even if the Google Page Rank is 10, it would still rank zero since there is a link back.
